What are video credits, and how many do I get?+
Video credits power AI-generated videos on the platform, including promo clips and short-form content. Every new account gets 100 free credits on signup, which is enough for roughly 10 standard videos. Subscribers receive a monthly credit top-up, and additional packs are available if you need more.

Creators, coaches, consultants, and anyone who wants to sell digital products. If you have knowledge worth packaging, this platform builds it for you. No tech skills needed.
How do I sell products and get paid?+
You get a branded store at yourname.contentflywheel.co.uk. Payments go through Stripe directly to your bank, and Content Flywheel takes a platform fee on each sale — 5% on Starter, 2% on Creator, 1% on Pro, and 0% on Studio.
What are the per-sale fees?+
Content Flywheel takes a platform fee on sales through your store: 5% on the free Starter plan, 2% on Creator, 1% on Pro, and 0% on Studio. The higher your plan, the more of each sale you keep, and on Studio you keep all of it. Stripe's standard card fee is separate.
Is email marketing included?+
Yes. Collect subscribers and send email campaigns directly from Content Flywheel. No Mailchimp required.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?+
There is no time-limited trial. The Starter plan is free permanently and needs no card, so you can create a product, put it on your store and sell it before paying anything. You upgrade when the limits start to bite, not when a countdown ends.
Do I need any design or coding skills?+
No. The AI handles product generation, cover design, and store setup. You just provide the topic and your branding.
Can I use a custom domain for my store?+
Yes. You can connect your own domain to your Content Flywheel store from the settings page. Your default store URL is yourname.contentflywheel.co.uk.
